Jack Schroeder is the owner and valuator at Peridot Valuation, a firm specializing in business valuation. Mr. Schroeder has prepared 80+ business valuations. His experience includes valuing controlling and minority interests for ESOPs, divorce settlements, estate planning, and transaction analysis. He also has experience valuing and transacting closely-held companies.
Mr. Schroeder is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credentialed by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Schroeder also earned the Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designation credentialed by M&A Source.
Mr. Schroeder earned a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Applied Analytics from the University of Southern California.
